Broker Service Agreement

What you get

You pick one plan at checkout. Every plan posts to your Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

• Setup, $1,000 one time. Covers the 60-minute onboarding call, your signature style, your reference photos and connecting your accounts.
• Listings website, optional. $500 one time, with no monthly fee. Hosting is included while you're on a plan. If you cancel, we'll hand the site over to you or take it down, your choice.
• Extra reels. When a listing calls for one, we may add a reel beyond your plan at no charge. Extra reels are optional and don't change your price.

Billing

At checkout you pay the setup fee and your first month. After that, your plan renews on the same date each month until you cancel.

• You can pay by card or by bank account (ACH).
• Posting starts after the onboarding call, usually within 7 days of checkout.
• If a payment fails, we'll tell you. If it isn't fixed within 7 days, posting pauses until it is.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

Changing plans and cancelling

There's no long-term contract. You can change plans or cancel at any time.

• Changing plans: email us. The new plan starts on your next billing date.
• Cancelling: email us 30 days before you want it to end. We keep posting through that last paid month.
• Refunds: the setup fee isn't refundable, and we don't refund partial months.

Approvals

Nothing posts without your approval. Each week we send you the upcoming posts, and you approve or change them before they're scheduled.

• You're responsible for the listing facts you give us: prices, revenue, cash flow and status. We use only the numbers you've cleared for the public.
• Price drops and "under contract" posts go out only after you confirm them.
• If your brokerage or state requires ads to be reviewed, getting that review is your responsibility. Use the weekly approval step for it, and tell us about any wording your brokerage requires.

Your likeness

You give us permission to use the photos and videos you send us, and to create AI-generated images of you from them, for your own posts.

• You approve every image of you before it posts.
• We use your likeness only in posts we make for you. We won't use it in our own marketing without your written permission.
• You can withdraw this permission by email at any time. Images already posted stay up unless you remove them.
• When the service ends, we delete your reference photos within 30 days of your request.

Confidential deal information

We keep everything you share about your deals private. That includes business names, addresses, financials, suppliers, employees and buyers.

• We never post a business name, address or supplier name without your written permission.
• We use your information only to make your posts. We don't share it with anyone, including other brokers we work with, even at your brokerage.
• This duty continues after the service ends.

Accounts, ownership and results

• Your accounts stay yours. You give us posting access through our scheduling tool, and you can remove it at any time. We never change your passwords.
• Your posts are yours. You keep every finished post and can reuse it however you like, including after you leave.
• Our tools stay ours. Our templates, software, design system and process remain the property of Narrowpath Systems.
• No guaranteed results. We can't promise any number of followers, leads, NDA requests or closings.
• Outages: platforms sometimes delay or fail to publish posts. When that happens, we'll repost as soon as we can.
• Liability: our total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.

Founding advisor terms

These apply only if you signed up as one of the 5 founding advisors.

• Price: $997 a month for months 1 to 3. From month 4, you pay the regular Standard price of $1,500 a month, unless you switch plans or cancel first. We'll remind you before the first $1,500 charge.
• Cairn: free for as long as you stay on a paid carousel plan. That includes unlimited deals and CIMs, plus up to 10 teaser reels a month.
• What you give in return: your monthly count of NDA requests, and a short written or video testimonial after your first 90 days.
• Using your results: you allow us to use your name, your results and your posts in Narrowpath marketing. Confidential deal details stay confidential.

Notices and acceptance

• Contact: send notices, plan changes and cancellations to enterprise@narrowpathsystems.com. Email counts as written notice.
• Acceptance: when you tick the terms box and pay at checkout, you accept this agreement.
• Changes to these terms: we'll email you at least 30 days before any change takes effect.
• Governing law: this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
